  • Managing referrals, appointments and follow-up actions across our services
  • Providing information, guidance and signposting to help people access appropriate support
  • Supporting and promoting wellbeing groups, workshops and activities
  • Supporting community-based activities including wellbeing hubs, peer support, craft and chat sessions and light exercise
  • Helping to coordinate volunteers, facilitators and student counsellors
  • Maintaining accurate records of referrals, appointments, attendance and service activity
  • Supporting feedback, wellbeing questionnaires and outcome monitoring
  • Supporting safeguarding, confidentiality and appropriate referral processes
  • Helping ensure service locations and resources are safe, welcoming and well prepared
  • Working with colleagues and community partners to support joined-up service delivery
  • Supporting the development of services that improve wellbeing, reduce isolation and increase access to cancer support

The role is based in Bradford, with occasional visits to Skipton and other community locations as required. The role is 30 hours per week and may include occasional events, groups or promotional activities outside of routine office hours.

About You

You will be a warm, organised and approachable person who enjoys supporting others and working as part of a team. You will have experience in an administrative, customer service, advice, support, health, social care, charity or community setting.

To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:
