- Cheque – Please make payable to Cancer Support Yorkshire and send it to Cancer Support Yorkshire, Unit 90 Carlisle Business Centre, 60 Carlisle Road, Bradford BD8 8BD.
If you are a UK tax payer, we may also be able to claim Gift Aid on your donation. Please download the Gift Aid Declaration Form and send along with your donation, alternatively if you are using the donate now button please tick the Gift Aid box
