We reported earlier on an event that Kirsty, landlady of the Cracker Barrel micro pub in Greengates, Bradford and three of her regulars were about to participate in.
They had their heads shaved in a show of solidarity, hope, and encouragement for those who need support during difficult times.
The pub has a long-standing relationship with the charity and has raised thousands of pounds over the years. The head shave alone has raised sponsorship both on and offline that amounts to an amazing £5,182.54!
Kirsty, Joanne, Laura, and Darlene would like to thank everyone who contributed, and we would like to thank the ladies and their kind supporters. The money will go a long way, enabling us to make a meaningful difference to every person who turns to us for help.
