Our wellbeing service is here to help with the emotional and physical effects of cancer, and offer you support tailored to your individual needs.

We provide a range of groups, classes, complementary therapies and image therapy sessions. These activities are often a welcome diversion for many and are a great way to meet other people who understand what you’re going through.

All of our services are available to patients, relatives and carers, and many people find that the support they receive helps them to cope at a difficult time.

The teams at our three drop-in centres are on hand to chat, when you’re ready, so don’t hesitate to drop in when you feel the time is right for you.

This monthly support group will provide a safe, friendly place which is supported by our experienced team along with invited speakers covering a wide range of interesting and informative topics including Self care, Mindfulness, Stress Management, Mental Health First Aid, Assertiveness, Self-esteem, Self-worth and the Menopause. Come along each month or dip in and out as you feel.
