New Mindfulness Course in Bradford

We're delighted to announce the launch of a new, FREE Mindfulness course. This will be running in our Bradford centre for 8 weeks on a Wednesday morning 9.30-11.30am. There will be an introductory session on Wednesday 26th September and then the course will officially start on Wednesday 3rd October.

Across the 8 weeks you will learn practical coping strategies in a small group with an experienced facilitator. You will gain tools to manage stress and anxiety.

  • Manager negative thoughts and judgements
  • Develop self compassion
  • Create a personal support plan to sustain you beyond the course.
