We're delighted to announce the launch of a new, FREE Mindfulness course. This will be running in our Bradford centre for 8 weeks on a Wednesday morning 9.30-11.30am. There will be an introductory session on Wednesday 26th September and then the course will officially start on Wednesday 3rd October.

Across the 8 weeks you will learn practical coping strategies in a small group with an experienced facilitator. You will gain tools to manage stress and anxiety.

How will this course help you? Mindfulness practices support your body and mind:

  • Manage stress and anxiety
  • Sleep better
  • Manager negative thoughts and judgements
  • Develop self compassion
  • Create a personal support plan to sustain you beyond the course.

People who have done the course previously say:

“When i came to the course I was stressed and anxious all the time. Now i’m a lot calmer.”

“I felt very depressed when I came here. The course has changed my life. I’ve always felt before that I couldn’t relax but now I can and i feel so much happier.”

“The practices have really helped me get through a very difficult time.”

You’ll receive a course handbook, guided practice CD/audio downloads and plenty of group support throughout.
