In Memory of Olive Southcombe

We were sad to hear that Olive had passed away, but she left so many good memories for those here at Cancer Support Yorkshire who knew her.

She was such a remarkable, unselfish, woman who reciprocated the support, love and care she received from us by becoming a volunteer to help others.

Her time with us meant so much to her that her husband Rudi asked for donations in her memory to come to the charity.  Olive was clearly loved by so many, and this showed in the generous donations we received totalling £1,120.00!

Olive’s legacy will help others in need of our free services to help them live well with, and beyond a cancer diagnosis which, is exactly what she would have wanted.

Thank you to Olive’s family and everyone who donated your support is valued and very much appreciated by everyone here at Cancer Support Yorkshire.
