Have you heard of EFT?

Hello Everyone, my name is Jan and I am an EFT Practitioner.

Following retirement from an office environment, and having gained qualification in Counselling Skills and training to Level 3 EFT I contacted Bradford Cancer Support (as it was known then) to offer my therapy. That was 13 years ago……and here I still am, loving the work I do.

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is all about returning the mind, body and feelings to a state of balance and harmony so you are not limited by negative emotions. Even though we are ‘designed’ to recover from unpleasant experiences or thought patterns, nevertheless, we can be affected by recurring emotions from past events, and can also be affected by ongoing or future events. In such situations emotions can be stuck rather than dispersed.

EFT is a very effective yet gentle method of tapping on certain meridian points to balance the body’s energy system for the emotions and feelings you wish to change.
EFT has helped so many people experiencing the trauma of illness by helping them to take control of their emotions – whether it be stress, anxiety, and more than anything – fear. Through calmness and relaxation pain can be controlled and EFT can help to ease the affects of treatment.

Please remember:

Cherish Your Health
If it is good, preserve it
If it is unstable, improve it
If it is beyond what you can improve
Look for someone who can help you
