Craven Community Champion Award-Nomination

We are so proud to announce that we have been nominated for a Craven Community Champion Award.

For a Health & Wellbeing Award,  the award is being sponsored by Broughton Hall Estate and recognises a community group or individual that has made a contribution to improving the health and wellbeing of local people by providing care.

The awards ceremony will be held on 21st February 2019, we will keep you posted of the results.
