Congratulations to Malcolm Sharp, celebrating his 80th Birthday on 30th September 2021.

Malcolm has overcome Esophageal cancer, the major operation involved, and most recently Prostate cancer.  He has been passionate about running for years and, as an honorary member of the Baildon Running Club, has organised and participated in many events.  He has always received continuous support from the people around him which has been very much appreciated.

As his milestone birthday approaches, Malcolm says “I already have everything I need and want, so I have decided to ask anyone who would like to celebrate my birthday to donate to Cancer Support Yorkshire.  This charity means so much to me.  The support given to my dear late wife Moira, myself and my family over the years has been immense.”

Malcom’s daughter Jaqueline has set up a JustGiving page for her father and anyone who may wish to donate can click this link https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/malcolmsharp-baildonrunners
