Over £3,000 has been raised for the charity by staff and customers at the Cracker Barrel Micro Pub on Harrogate Road, Bradford.
In 2017 and 2018 a regular at the pub and client of Cancer Support Yorkshire, David Shoesmith, held two sponsored fundraising events which raised £1,306.00 for the Charity.
Since then, the pub landlords, Paul & Kirsty, adopted us as their charity and have supported us in many ways to reach their latest milestone – £3,000!
The money is used to help local people affected by a cancer diagnosis. All services are free of charge and it’s the kind donations received that help to make this possible. Therefore, our sincere thanks to David, Paul & Kirsty, and customers for their continuing support.
The photograph shows David, holding the charity Certificate of Thanks, surrounded by his fellow customers.
