Two local Business men Tariq Parvez Owner of Ambala Restaurant, and Saj Khawaja Owner of Spall Sportswear, along with members of local walking group, the Kramblers, had recently set themselves the amazing challenge of walking the National 3 peaks within 24 Hours.
They began their adventure with Ben Nevis at 5pm on Saturday 6th July, and we are pleased to say that they had completed all 3 Peaks by 5pm on Sunday 7th July.
We are very excited that they have chosen us as the charity they will raise funds for with this challenge. Tariq and Saj often take part in personal challenges for charity, and after speaking with our Lead Fundraiser Rafiq, they agreed that this Local charity is a very worthy cause to support.
