Our centre in Skipton have a new course which clients can register on called  The SMILE Programme

If  you want to “take back control” and move forward? please contact the team at the centre.

SMILE is a 6 week programme aimed at supporting you to do just that.  Whatever “moving forward” means for you!

The course starts on the 16th October and the sessions will be held on Wednesdays between 1pm and 3pm
