On Wednesday 10th October our Skipton centre see the launch of a new support group just for carers.
The sessions will be held on the 2nd Wednesday in the month 10.30-12.30 Noon.
A programme has been put together to cover a range of workshops and informative topics including Self care, Mindfulness, Mental health first aid, Assertiveness and the Menopause.
Carers can come along each month or dip in and out as they feel.
