Cancer Support Yorkshire are pleased to share this video about our new Personalised Support Pilot Project. This is in collaboration with Bradford Teaching Hospitals Foundation Trust, funded by Macmillan Cancer Support, and is in partnership with West Yorkshire and Harrogate Cancer Alliance and NHS Bradford Clinical Commissioning Groups.
The new initiative aims to ensure that every patient is aware of, and able to access the range of support and services available to them. All of this will help us to support people to live as full a life as possible after treatment.
We are pleased to be working together to improve the lives of people affected by cancer.
