Cancer Support Yorkshire is delighted to announce the upcoming opening of a brand-new support centre in Skipton, set to launch in early May. Located next to our pre-loved shop, the new space marks an exciting step forward in expanding our support for individuals and families affected by cancer across the region.
The Skipton centre will bring together all of our local services and activities under one roof, creating a welcoming, accessible hub for the community. From emotional support and counselling to group activities and wellbeing sessions, the centre will offer a wide range of services designed to support people at every stage of their cancer journey.
Being situated alongside our pre-loved shop also highlights the important role our local community plays in making this support possible. Every donation and purchase helps us continue providing essential services, and the new centre strengthens this connection between community support and care.
