We are hosting a Get to Know Us session to present the work we do and how we can support our communities.

11am-1pm: Women's Therapies (15 minute taster sessions)

11.30am-12pm: Welfare Rights, an insight into the support we can provide with financial and practical issues.

12pm-12.15pm: An Introduction to Counselling

1.15pm-1.45pm: An Introduction to Supportive Words, our brand new group starting in July

2pm-2:45pm: Meditation taster session to end the day.
