Our wellbeing service is here to help with the emotional and physical effects of cancer, and offer you support tailored to your individual needs.

We provide a range of groups, classes, complementary therapies and image therapy sessions. These activities are often a welcome diversion for many and are a great way to meet other people who understand what you’re going through.

All of our services are available to patients, relatives and carers, and many people find that the support they receive helps them to cope at a difficult time.

The teams at our three drop-in centres are on hand to chat, when you’re ready, so don’t hesitate to drop in when you feel the time is right for you.

Testimonials

I am a cancer survivor and owe a lot to Cancer Support Yorkshire for helping me out of that very deep, dark hole. I now fundraise to give a bit back and to help others because I know what they're going through.

Cathryn

After my cancer diagnosis I was anxious and confused. Although I had great support at home I felt I needed more help without burdening my nearest and dearest. I called in at CSY where I was made to feel very welcome and put at ease by the friendly staff.

Gordon

I have received the most amazing support help and support from the therapy sessions. The therapist was so kind and knowledgeable. I truly could not have got through the last year without this support.

I have really enjoyed my massages that one hour a week helped me empty my mind of horrible thoughts.

Centres

Our three Yorkshire centres mean you don’t have to travel too far to get the help you deserve.
