As healthcare professionals you play an extremely important role in our organisation. As the first point of contact or a key contact during a patient’s cancer journey you are perfectly placed to signpost and refer to our services.
We understand how busy you are dealing with the medical care of a patient but we also know that there are other aspects that impact on a patient’s mental health and well being.
WELFARE RIGHTS: Our specialist advisers understand that it can be difficult to work through the complex range of benefits, grants and other income sources available following a cancer diagnosis – they can provide financial and practical support with this.
WELLBEING: Here to help with the emotional and physical effects of a cancer diagnosis. Our range of one-to-one services includes; counselling and complementary therapies whilst our classes and groups are a great way to meet other people in a similar situation.
TRANSPORT: Our dedicated volunteer drivers are on hand to take people to cancer related hospital appointments and to selected activities at our centres.
INFORMATION: We offer a wide range of up to date information resources covering most aspects of dealing with a diagnosis and living with and beyond cancer.
All of the services that we offer are free to access and are completely confidential.
